Treatment options the doctor may consider
Depending on your assessment, the doctor may consider PDE5 inhibitors (Sildenafil, Tadalafil — on-demand or daily) and, where appropriate, Dapoxetine for premature ejaculation. The specific molecule, brand, strength, dosage and duration are the doctor's decision, not a fixed VIRO product.
Why ED treatment needs a doctor
PDE5 inhibitors are prescription-only Schedule H medicines. They can interact dangerously with nitrates, some blood-pressure medication, and certain heart conditions. The assessment is designed to surface those contraindications. If the doctor cannot safely prescribe, they will say so and may refer you for in-person review.
