Who we are

VIRO Health ("VIRO", "we") connects you (the "user") with Indian doctors (NMC-registered) and trusted pharmacy partners. We are the platform — we do not diagnose, do not write prescriptions, and do not send medicine ourselves.

What we collect

Who you are: name, age, gender, phone, email.
Address: where we should send the medicine.
Health details: your answers to the check-up, including any medical history the doctor needs.
Order details: prescription, payment status, delivery tracking.
Technical details: IP address, device and browser info, consent record (for legal proof).

We collect only what we need. Nothing more.

Why we collect it

So an Indian doctor (NMC-registered) can read your case and decide what is right for you.
So a trusted pharmacy can send any prescribed medicine to you.
To run the platform — payment, order tracking, follow-up.
To follow the law — Telemedicine Guidelines 2020, Drugs & Cosmetics Act, DPDP Act 2023.

Who we share it with

The doctor reading your case (check-up answers and medical history).
The pharmacy sending your order (prescription and address).
Payment companies (only payment details, never medical details).
Technology providers running the platform — under signed data agreements.

We never sell your data. We never share your data for outside marketing.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023 you can see, change, download, or delete your data, and take back consent, any time from your account or by emailing privacy@virohealth.in. Some medical records have to be kept for a fixed time by law — after that, they are deleted.
