Refund & Cancellation

The check-up, doctor review, and prescription are free. You pay nothing if the doctor does not give you medicine.

After you pay for your first order and the pharmacy has sent it, the order cannot be cancelled. If the pharmacy has not sent it yet, you can cancel and get a full refund. If the medicine is damaged or wrong, we will replace it or refund you — please email hello@virohealth.in within 7 days of getting your order.

You can cancel your monthly plan any time. Cancelling stops future deliveries. Orders already sent for this cycle cannot be cancelled.

Indian law does not allow prescription medicine to be returned once it leaves the pharmacy (under the Drugs & Cosmetics rules). If your medicine is damaged or wrong, we replace it — we do not take it back into stock.
