Terms of Use

Pending final legal review

What VIRO is

VIRO Health runs an online platform. By using the platform you agree that:
  • VIRO is not a clinic, hospital, or healthcare provider.
  • VIRO does not diagnose patients or write prescriptions.
  • All medical decisions — including whether to give medicine — are made only by the Indian doctor (NMC-registered) reading your case.
  • Medicines are sent only by VIRO's trusted pharmacy partner.
  • You agree to give true and correct answers in the check-up. Wrong answers can affect the doctor's decision and may harm you.

Payment and plans

You are charged only after a doctor has approved the medicine and you have chosen to go ahead. Your first order is one-time. A monthly plan is offered only after your first delivery, and you can cancel any time.

Who can use VIRO

You must be 18 years or older. VIRO is for use in India.

Who is responsible for what

The doctor is responsible for medical decisions. The pharmacy is responsible for sending the medicine. VIRO is responsible for the platform, payment, and delivery. VIRO's legal responsibility is limited to the order in dispute, unless the law says otherwise.

Not for emergencies

VIRO is not for emergencies. If you have an emergency, please go to a hospital right away.

These Terms are awaiting final legal review and will be replaced with the NovoJuris Legal-reviewed version before launch.
