What VIRO is

VIRO Health operates an intermediary platform. By using the platform you acknowledge that:
  • VIRO is not a clinic, hospital, or healthcare provider.
  • VIRO does not diagnose patients or independently prescribe medicines.
  • Medical decisions, including the choice to prescribe (or not), are made solely by the independent NMC-registered Registered Medical Practitioner reviewing your case.
  • Medicines are dispensed and shipped solely by VIRO's licensed pharmacy partner.
  • You agree to provide truthful information in the assessment. Inaccurate information may affect the doctor's clinical decision and may harm you.

Payments and subscriptions

You will be charged only after a doctor has prescribed treatment and you have chosen to proceed. The first order is a one-time Entry Offer. A monthly Care Plan is offered only after your first delivery and is cancellable anytime.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use VIRO. VIRO is intended for use in India.

Limits of liability

The doctor is responsible for medical judgment. The pharmacy is responsible for dispensing. VIRO is responsible for operating the platform and the payment / delivery experience. VIRO's liability is limited to the order in dispute, except where required otherwise by applicable law.

Not for emergencies

VIRO is not for medical emergencies. If you experience an emergency, seek in-person care immediately.

These Terms are awaiting final legal review and will be replaced with the NovoJuris Legal-reviewed version before launch.
