How VIRO works
Doctor-reviewed treatment, delivered discreetly.
VIRO is an intermediary platform. We connect three parties: you, an independent NMC-registered doctor, and a licensed pharmacy. Here is the journey, end to end.
You start a free assessment
A short, confidential questionnaire (3 minutes). Honest answers help the doctor make the right call. The assessment is private — no public profile, no clinic visit, no awkward call.
An independent registered doctor reviews your case
An NMC-registered Registered Medical Practitioner reads your assessment. The doctor — not VIRO — decides what happens next.
Prescription, only if clinically appropriate
If treatment is appropriate, the doctor issues a digital prescription. If not, the doctor may request more information, ask for a video consultation, or refer you for in-person care. You won't pay if no medicine is prescribed.
A licensed pharmacy dispenses
Your prescription is shared securely with VIRO's licensed pharmacy partner. The pharmacy dispenses the medicine. VIRO never holds inventory; VIRO does not dispense.
Discreet delivery
Medicine arrives in plain outer packaging — no category, no clinical labels visible from outside. Mandatory legal and invoice details are included inside. Usually within 48 hours in Bengaluru; 2–3 working days in major metros.
WhatsApp follow-up
Day 3, Day 7, Day 30 check-ins on neutral language ('Your VIRO update is ready'). You can reach your doctor through the app for dosage questions or side-effect concerns.
Optional monthly Care Plan
After your first delivery, you can choose a monthly Care Plan for ongoing supply. Cancel anytime. No subscription is forced on the first visit. The doctor reviews refill validity per your category and condition.
VIRO is the platform. The doctor decides. The pharmacy dispenses.
We do not diagnose. We do not prescribe. We do not stock medicine. Medical responsibility sits with the doctor; dispensing sits with the pharmacy.
