How VIRO works
Doctor-checked medicine, sent to your home.
VIRO is the connection. We bring together three people: you, an Indian doctor (NMC-registered), and a trusted pharmacy. Here is the full journey, step by step.
Start the free check-up
A short, private set of questions (3 minutes). Honest answers help the doctor give the right advice.
A doctor reads your case
An Indian doctor (NMC-registered) reads your check-up. The doctor — not VIRO — decides what happens next.
Medicine only if it is right for you
If treatment is right for you, the doctor writes a prescription. If not, the doctor may ask for more details, request a video call, or send you to a clinic. You pay nothing if no medicine is given.
A trusted pharmacy sends the medicine
Your prescription is shared safely with VIRO's pharmacy partner. The pharmacy sends the medicine. VIRO does not keep or sell medicine.
Private home delivery
Medicine reaches you in a plain box — no medicine name or category on the outside. The bill and legal papers go inside the box. Usually 48 hours in Bengaluru; 2–3 working days in other big cities.
WhatsApp follow-up
We check on you on Day 3, Day 7 and Day 30 using neutral words ('Your VIRO update is ready'). You can reach your doctor through the app for any questions about dose or side effects.
Monthly plan (only if you want)
After your first delivery, you can choose a monthly plan for regular supply. Cancel any time. No plan is forced on you. The doctor decides if refills are safe for you.
VIRO is the platform. The doctor decides. The pharmacy sends.
We do not diagnose. We do not write prescriptions. We do not keep medicine. The doctor is in charge of your health. The pharmacy is in charge of the medicine.
